Vehicles

Vehicles specially equipped for photographers are available exclusively for our group throughout the trip – of course with trained driver/guide.

Optional flight

Optionally, bookable on site, we would like to offer you a unique opportunity to fly over the desert in a fixed-wing aircraft.

Instead of driving to Swakopmund by car, we offer you the option (optional) of flying over the desert and along the coast.

The flight takes you north over the famous Sossusvlei dunes and the Nabib towards the coast. Depending on the weather you will see wrecks, seal colonies. Continue along Sandwich Harbor and Wallis Bay. A highlight of the flight is the EDUARD BOHLEN, a German cargo ship that sank in 1909. The special feature: the ship now lies inland, as the desert has pushed back the ocean.

Organisational matters

Itinerary/Programme

The route was discussed and planned by Marc Stickler with local organisations. Particular consideration was given to the possible photographic conditions.

Booking/Cancellation

Bookings are made exclusively through a Salzburg travel agency, which takes care of all travel organisation matters for us. This means that we have one contact person from the transfer to the flight and any cancellations and cancellations.
